Pelícano vol.3

With the publication of its third volume Pelicano fulfills its first foundational cycle. Indeed, with this number, with the different flutters and flights that have enabled us the scriptural practices prompted by the readings of Michel de Certeau, we began a new stage marked by the consolidation of processes of growth, openness to otherness, initiated to At the end of 2012 and which were reflected in the two previous volumes with the dossiers Corps (2015) and Latin American Critical Thought (2016). As part of the process of institutional appropriation of the project and shared responsibility between members of the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities of the Catholic University of Cordoba, Dr. Silvia Anderlini, member of the Editorial Board from the beginning, has assumed the direction of the Journal. Also, from now on Pelicano is already in a position to be evaluated for its indexation, expanding its margins of diffusion and impact, enabling the realization of the desire that encouraged its creation, that "political, cultural, personal and collective narratives keep turning ", Providing" the opportunity for the assault of the unthought, the difference, the victims, to the train of the ongoing narrations".

About Pelícano

PelícanoOur Journal wants to create a space for academic dialogue to welcome those questions and discussions -pending or ongoing- in the fields of history, literature, philosophy, psychology, science of religions, that are especially relevant to afford a continuity in the stories about men, women and the world they inhabit, based on the turns that made them unstable. It aims to become a wedge that, far from being limited to support a mere change of thought to history, enables what is political, cultural, personal and collective histories to continue turning. This affords a space from wherein to restore to the present its own darkness thus allowing the emergence of what has not been summoned to its landscape. Sometimes the applicaton of an emergency brake is necessary so as to provides the opportunity (final) for the assault of the unthinkable, the different, the victims, to the train of current narrations (is required). For all these the Journal invites/welcomes your contribution.

Pelícano is a plural journal that only requires scientific quality, for which it uses an arbitration system based on two evaluations condition of anonymity of authors and reviewers. These are the members of the Editorial Board of the External Review and specialists convened for that purpose. The Editorial Board of the Journal will accept original unpublished articles in Spanish, English and Portuguese. The shipment of articles can be made throughout the year, beyond the periodic calls that are made and shall comply with the instructions for authors.
